It varies between 200 to 1,200 gallons per week
What kind of brew house is the brewery?
It is steam-fired
How does Superior get the thermal spring water?
Each capped spring is pumped into a collecting tank and then redistributed to each bathhouse on Bathhouse Row.
How long does it take to make beer?
It depends on the type and style of beer; anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months
Are you also a distillery?
Contrary to popular belief, we are not a distillery!
Are you dog friendly?
If your dog is well behaved, well socialized and up to date on their shots, they are welcome! No pets are allowed on the tables or chairs at any time and must remain under control on leash.
Do you take reservations?
No, we are first come, first served and we cannot put your information down until your arrival with your full party.
Do you give tours?
We do not, but you are able to view into the brew room via the glass doors!
Do you still have the baths?
The only baths we have are the stainless steel ones you’ll see as decoration. We do not offer baths-we are just a brewery and restaurant.
Do you take reservations?
No we do not, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I reserve a room or an event space?
No, we do not have an event space and do not take reservations of any kind.
Can I buy a keg for my event?
Sorry, but we do not do keg rentals or sales.
Can I order Beer to Go?
Of course! Place your order with our host or your server. Beer to Go is intended to purchase upon your departure-not to be consumed on site.What are your busiest times of the year?
Spring Break marks the start of our city’s busy season that lasts until August. Weeks leading up to Thanksgiving and Christmas are also very busy. Please be prepared for potential long wait times during these months.
